Shane Sigle, P.E.

Shane Sigle P.E., brings a varied and valuable set of qualifications to REP's team. Shane holds a Master’s Degree in Water Resource Engineering from the University of Maryland specializing in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, whitewater structures, natural channel river restoration, hydraulic design, water rights, and water quality.  Shane has worked on river projects across the US including whitewater structures, in-stream navigational structures, diversion structures, wetland mitigation, riparian habitat creation, and greenway trails.  Shane combines a sound technical background in water resource engineering with a long paddling resume in his work designing whitewater parks.   Shane is a two-time member of the US Canoe and Kayak Team and a two-time member of the US Rafting Team. Shane competes professionally as an adventure racer.
